Sims 2 installation issue?

I am trying to install sims 2 season and I keep getting an error message that says, “A probleme has occured when trying to transfer the file ‘TSData\Res\Sound\NewAge.package’ from the media.” What do I do please help!
I have THE SIMS 2 INSTALLED!
